Decision:

To approve a proposal for the Director of Law and Governance to make an application under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 for the stopping up of highway rights, subject to the reservation of a footpath, from Queniborough Road to Redlands Farm, Barkby. More specifically, the unclassified road that leads from Queniborough Road to public footpath J16 and is crossed by public footpath I81.
