Purpose:

As part of the Ian Hardwick Ltd planning conditions and in the interests of road safety, the developer has requested an extension to the existing waiting restrictions on The Uplands and Navigation Close, Melton Mowbray. This is to reduce the impact of potentially obstructive on-street parking and to benefit safety for all road users at this location.
Leicestershire County Council also recommended changing the existing restrictions of “No waiting 8am to 6pm” to “No waiting at Any Time” on The Uplands and Dalby Road junction, Melton Mowbray.

Decision:

To implement a scheme to extend the existing waiting restrictions on The Uplands and Navigation Close, Melton Mowbray. Also, to change the existing restrictions of “No waiting 8am to 6pm” to “No Waiting at Any Time” on The Uplands and Dalby Road junction, Melton Mowbray.
